Data Collection

MKN Technology LLC collects information from customers and vendors solely for the purpose of maintaining contact.  This information is collected when a customer completes an appointment booking request through the company’s website or when a customer or vendor contacts the company directly, at which time the company requests the customer’s or vendor’s:

• First and Last Names
• Physical or Mailing Addresses
• Phone Numbers
• E-mail Addresses

​MKN Technology LLC does not collect or store information regarding payment methods including (but not limited to):

• ​Credit/Debit Card Numbers
• Bank Routing/Account Numbers
• Electronic Funds Transfers (EFTs)
• Automated Clearing House (ACH) Transactions
• Account Credentials (usernames, passwords, PINs, etc.)​​

Data Retention

MKN Technology LLC retains data based on customer activity.  This data is stored on servers that are not accessible to the public.

• Customers who engage MKN Technology LLC in which an invoice or sales receipt is generated and paid are considered “Active”.
• Customers who have not engaged MKN Technology LLC after one calendar year from the date of their most recent transaction are considered “Inactive”.  Data for inactive customers is permanently deleted if they remain inactive for 18 months after their most recent transaction.​

MKN Technology LLC does not share, sell, or otherwise disclose collected data with any other party and will not honor any request for such.
